as An Independent Consultant

As an independent consultant my values inform my behaviours.

As I work alongside you and your organisation to identify, clarify and respond to your consultancy needs we will develop a shared moral purpose and agreed set of outcomes and processes to help us reach your outcomes. We believe in integrity, trust and accountability. We will be fair and ethical in all our dealings, showing respect and earning it by building effective relationships to sustain improvements. We will together promote simplicity, clarity, innovation and reflective practice.

Our best work will promote leadership and learning and so will be collaborative and tailored to your needs, making connections and sharing ideas and strategies. I believe that the best leaders are learners who reflect on what they do with a view to doing it even better next time. Recognising that I am not a permanent part of your organisation and that you know your circumstances and culture best, I will bring my expertise, knowledge and experience of learning and leadership to support and challenge you as your organisation develops and sustains progress.

Whilst my work with you will be limited, our focus will always be on your long term strategic intent and I will be practical, innovative and energetic in helping you build your capacity to achieve your strategic direction through quick wins and medium term gains.
